Hello there I'm searching for a user feedback script like www.getsatisfaction.com, but has to be free. I looked at www.crowdsound.com but the free version in both sites didn't seem appropriate to me. Does anyone have any previous experience? I also thought bbpress as an alternative (self hosted) but it's more like a forum, and I think that cannot fulfill all my needs. What do you think?
