    Hi,

    I am looking for a CMS that allows users to create their own content. Somewhat between a forum and a wiki. But I want the stories to be in blog format.

    Is their anything for me?

    Wordpress is ok, but Livestreet is better for your purposes - it's a free social networking CMS

    You can use wordpress for a site like hrdocx.com or you can use Pligg for a site like pliggme.com
