User and Event Tracking

    Hi,

Is there an easy way to report on what pages a visitor has visited before completing a specific event such as a phone enquiry / phone call i.e.

    homepage > page 2 > page 3 > phone enquiry / phone call?

I know I can see some of this information via the Behaviour, User and Event Flow reports but is there any way we can marry this information easily into one report?

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thanks

You need to set up a Goal, and create a funnel.

Thanks for the advice Ethan it's much appreciated.

I've set up a goal from the event (it's an on click submission for a contact form) but I'm wanting to track each individual visit from their landing page through the visitor path to ultimately a conversion/ goal so i'm not sure if there is a clear funnel path I can set?

    Thanks,

    Adrian

Is 'Behavior Flow' under 'Behavior' what you're looking for?

    Hi Ethan

Yeah that's pretty much so - but how do I see the events in the flow chart and is there a way to produce a report for this without using the pdf in analytics?

Thanks for all the advice by the way

Under 'Events', you should see a 'Events Flow', after which you can locate the 'Export' button at the top to print it as PDF.
