    How do I sync my login database to a comment box and their recent activity?

    Example: On failblog they have a those comments after a video and they synced it to their login database. I need to know how to make a php script or something that keeps tracks of a user's recent activity, and alows them to post etc. If you don't mind posting a link to a tutorial or anything, or tell me what to look for it would be great.
