Yeah, I know what you mean, and it does bug me some times too... One time in a post I put "for sale 1x .com, 2x .info's"... meaning that i was selling 1 .com domain and 2 .infos.. but i got a PM from someone offering me $5 for the domain name "1x.com"
I have to agree with you on this one. It really irritates me! People don't even realize if they are trying to sell something it's much better to just start their own post!
yes it is a bit of a liberty when someone takes the trouble to reply to a thread and then just declares that they consider the thread a waste of time. also i find it infuriating when you start what you consider to be a topical and interesting thread only to have some members start a personal and completely unrelated conversation, blocking any other more constructive replies. i personally don't care about points, and surf several forums, so i am never around long enough to collect many on any one forum, i just like to get my teeth into a good debate.
Yeah, Shannon already told me to. I think I will but a lot of it just stays in my threads anyway so I'll just let it stay. Unless it gets really bad and they won't stop.
