Useful free tool for building possible partners

I posted this in the link forum because the main purpose is to build links, but I thought I'd post this free tool/site here, as you can use it to find some sites to partner with. The beauty is that many won't be directly competing with you if you look hard enough, and it often gives different sites than Google (and ones more willing to do such deals). http://seopen.com/seopen-tools/link-development-tool.php has a very cool tool where you can search for sites that want to either exchange links or even give out one-way links to sites that are also looking for similar keywords.

I talked about it a bit in the link section, but thought you could use it for possible partnerships for marketing as well.

Yes, it can display by PR. There should be a place to check if you want to search by pagerank.
