I know that many of the members here work all day on pc and catches back pain. Here i found few useful excercises which definately helps to get rid of back pain. I had tried myself first and its effective . Hope this will help you all too.

Those exercises look pretty good. If you've got on on-going back pain I highly recommend checking out a book called 'The Whartons Back Book'. It's made my life a lot easier.
A Swiss ball is great for stretching out sore back muscles. If a person has back pain they should use the balls each day in the AM and PM.
Getjimmy bhai is right but unfortunately right now i am using stool but yes next time when i will get my paypal check i will buy a nice chair for me .

I've got one of those 'upside down machines' aka an inversion table. I spend about 15-20mins per day upside down... my spine stretches out, and my heart gets to pump blood uphill to my feet It's the best thing I've ever done for my back. It looks stupid, but if you've got a bad back, it's like nothing else on Earth...
