I believe many have had this problem... Buying a domain name only to find out someone else owned it and got banned from google for one reason or another. Is there a thread that shows an easy way or at least a proper way to get a banned pre owned domain name reindexed on to the google search engine. In my case the domain name is just-gutters.com Any help on this I thank you in advance...
Same thing happened to me almost a year ago and my site is not indexed since than. I sent an e mail to google and explained situation but nothing changed.
Try http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/reinclusion-request-howto/ then submit a reinclusion request Probably won't work (didn't for me but I've told that story often enough already), but it's the first thing to try.
