Selling Used Cell phone site.. well ranked

This site is a used cell phone site for Toledo Ohio. It is ranked in the top 3 in google for "used cell phones in toledo ohio" and "used cell phones in toledo". This would be a great site to flip and it is very easy. Just go to Google Maps and search for all the cell phone stores in the Toledo area and run a whois and email them all a sales email offering a top ranked site for used cell phones for a few hundred dollars. One ad in the local news paper cost $200 or $300 so a well ranked website is a great advertising value for them. Or just keep the site and sell them ad space for $10 a month. I just dont have time to fool with the site. I am only asking $40. I have a few other well ranked cell phone sites as well.
