Hi there, I'm looking for somebody that can install this shopping cart - http://www.avactis.com And also integrate a design into it aswell. The design is currently a PSD, but can be cut into xHTML/CSS if you need it that way. Please can you give me a quote on how much it would cost to install the cart with just a PSD, and how much with the xHTML already done.
