Hey people, I just created a new adword account applied a code i bought from the DP voucher section. And then set up a campaign but then it said campaign suspended due to payment problems. So i went to my account to see how much I've got after adding the voucher i bought. Its says "fund remaining in the account 0.00" : http://i17.tinypic.com/6omqoue.jpg Anyone suffer this problem? is there something i can do to make this work or shall i ask for a refund of this person i bought the voucher from? I get the feeling that Google are clamping down on this...HARD. Was this a second account in your name, i.e are you running more than one account or have you ever had a adwords account before. Did you enter in your credit card details?
hey, i am running second name but i changed my name slighly from james to jame. and i used a different credit card from last time. Any ideas? would a refund be my best solution? thanks for the advice
This is your problem: - You selected Credit Card under Pre-Paid. That means you need to put a deposit in before you can use your voucher. If you selected Post Pay, then you can use up the voucher right away. I highly suggest you do NOT ask for a refund, because it was not the sellers error. (it took me 2 vcc's to figure that out also..)
I noticed that that guy selling that voucher ebook on how to get unlimited google adwords credit is no longer selling it as google is really dropping the hammer on getting free credits.
