"Hi this is my proxy website were u can surf annonimously for free, is a great website and something like that" is that againt the TOS of google, will I be banned if I use youtube to promote my website?
Yes you can advertize adsense in youtube and infact if you go to your youtube account you will see an option for adsense affiliates
