Use yahoo for search

    Can any one tell that how many people use yahoo as a search engine?

    On all my pages yahoo traffic is around 3%

    Yahoo has admitted openly that Google has won the race for search. But Yahoo has a lot of older users and many users of the mail using yahoo search. about the world level it is up to 10%.

    According to Alexa, about 10% of people visiting yahoo.com use the search engine.

    However, this information has no value at all for 2 reasons:
    1. Alexa is not reliable
    2. In a few months from now, Yahoo will use the search engine technology of Bing (Microsoft) instead of the Yahoo technology, according to recent Yahoo - Bing agreement.

    Not much people really use it !
    Like I also don'y use it and none of my friends use it !
    Very few percentage of people use it in the world.

    Less than 1% on all my websites.

    Is useless to focus on yahoo as a search engine, in my opinion is useless to focus on anything else than google.

    i know i never use yahoo myself but it is also the fact that yahoo send me more visitors than google.

    As i know, yahoo search is very popular in japan and yahoo compare to google. However, google user in worldwide is more. Yahoo search user is about 15% in worldwide

    I dont know if there is a tool or taht could identify how many are there using a certain SE..
    I hope there is. Something that could give the exact value of users.

    only 20 or 30 % people prefer to use yahoo. Most of the people prefer google to surf.

    Most people use Google as the main source of searching. Yahoo is mainly used for emails and entertainment like news.

    Idk what went wrong, when I was younger I was a steady Yahoo user..and then..IDK, Google just became the thing to use lol.

    Now, my life revolves around Google (not really) but I have a T-Mobile G1 which is a Google-phone so in some ways, it does..lol
