Use Wordpress as CMS

    I want to use WP as CMS and did a quick search, there are quite a lot articles and plug-ins, however they are all quite old, since I just upgraded to 2.3, just want to know if there is a latest thread about how to do that.

    Also I installed WP at "/blog/" folder, if I want it to be looked like "/", do I have to re-install it?

    You can tweak with .htaccess but this don't make much sense, isn't it ? just again re-install WP, it will just take 5 minutes. This will also avoid future problem of path issues too.
