Use Websites Link

    Can i use other websites link to my site? Is there any internet Law that go against it that why i have copied the links of other site to my site?

    Actually i have 1000's of link that i want to put my site can i use them?

    yes you can. In fact search engines are working on that base.

    Yes, actually those owners of the websites you copied will thank you if they'll know, because they have the benefit... that's back link to them.

    Using that much links on your website will pass link juice to all those website through outgoing links which might be not good for your own website, IMO.
