I got banned about a year ago due to my own ignorance of this online ppc ad phenomana, however, would I be able to use an account opened up by a family member under a their name, just being used on my site? I agree... as Google more or less banned the site, not you, so putting adsence back on the same site will likely result in a new ban. Especially if that person has the same last name or address. FIX whatever got you banned, change the domain and try again.... You may wish to transfer the domain into the family members name as well... that will put you one more step away from yourself.
