Use pp verified with vcc to receive donation and payment?

    Hi,

    I live in a country which pp allows to send $ only.
    I planned to buy a vcc to verify a non-us paypal account.

    Can I
    - Make a donate button and receive donation from my users?
    - Make a buy now button and get payment? Can my account be banned? (the payment amount is small, about $20).

    if you make paypal account from different country,,,they may track you and can close your account any time....

    on other side,,,,if you continue start receiving money from tht account then paypal can ask to verify your account ( that is to show proof id ) which Obviously you dont have nd all your funds ll be locked

    try to stay away from paypal as much as possible. they are known to hold you funds for no reason. Try to use escrow or other services

    yes, after adding a VCC your account is verified .. but if the requirement for VERIFICATION is to Add a CC/VCC & Bank Account.. then you better be ready..

    Also, as people mentioned.. your IP is tracked each time you access a PayPal Account and if PayPal Screen filters catch the different between IP (local country) and PayPal Account country.. you better be ready with some proofs (make it up!)

    If you can receive fund with any kind of PayPal account anyway, then withdraw from your country is not a matter. All you need is open a US Bank Account with Visa Debit Card for non residents and add it to PayPal.

    If your country only allowed to sent $$ only then you should not accept $$$.
    This is called violated the rules.
    If you still insist of received $$ as a form of donation.
    You should ask your partner that stay at country that allow to receive $$ to receive the donation on your behalf.

    Using the method you mention will open you an account but you will have your account limited once you hit your limits.

    I advise to stay away from the robbing set of.... camels is the only non swear word i can think of!
