I need to move money from my credit card to my Paypal account, and then withdraw it...
I've heard of people using "donation" but I'm unsure of this process. Any ideas?
    Thanks

You would technically have to have 2 accounts. One to make the payment through and one to receive the payment that was funded by credit cards.

I'm not positive on this, but I'd bet it is against Paypal's TOS. You aren't allowed to make a pyment to yourself, which is on-par with Visa/MC's factoring regulations. When you make a cash advance, you typically get the highest possible rate on those funds. I'm pretty sure that Paypal doesn't partake in allowing people to bypass their banks fees.

If you have the money then why do you want to add it to your Paypal account and then withdraw it ..

You can do it via ATM .:p
