Do you have a Money Exchange License in your country or else what you are proposing is illegal in Paypal's eyes unless you are fully licensed.
By the topic of the thread I thought I will be able to use paypal in Pakistan but the end result is no I can not use paypal in Pakistan, but anyway I was not going to trust you anyway, How can we trust you.
