Use of the words Olympics or Ozlympics

In Australia there is a specific law that says that no one is allowed to use the word Olympic or Olympics as part of a business or Trade Name etc.

I own the domain names Ozlympic.com and Ozlympics.com. I am hoping to sell them soon and expect to Auction them on eBay. Being just .com rather than .com.au, I don't think that they come within Australian Law.

I think that the Australian law was drawn so wide that if these domains were subject to it, they may well be found to infringe it.

Does anyone here know if there is the equivalent law in the US. Can anyone tell me if these domains infringe any US laws?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

It's not so much as a law. But more of a registered trademark by the IOC. :)

So you'd be infringing on their trademark so yes, there's legal matters involved.
