    Hi,

Are there any "rules" or "high risk" of regestrering a domain name containing 'premierleague' in the domain? will the premier league folks try to get the domain back from you etc?
    Like; if you registrer PremierleagueXXXXXX.com

I've found a few articles related to premierleague domains and actions they've done, but dident get my answer from it. Maybe one of you folks know!

    cheers,

They will only take action when you misused the domain for illegal purpose else your domain is safe.

"Premier League" is a registered trademark. Ignore all the advice you have been given on this thread, it's wrong. Use of "Premier League" is a domain, when it has something to do with THE "premier league" is trademark infringement. Adding words to a domain name does not get around trademark infringement. Obtain permission first, or run the risk of being sued or having your domain taken in a UDRP action.
