    No,No photoshop is not for SEO,its for editing images.
    if you want to use wordpress,then for seo use either all in one seo or yoast seo,i will prefer yoast SEO over All in one SEO because of this reasons

    Never heared anything sillier. The only way I can consider using it for SEO is if you use someone image is to make it unique and not recognizible by SEs with new name, size and whatever.
