Use of nofollow in internal links.

Hi Friends,

I need a suggestion, do search engines mind the internal links are nofollow or dofollow. Can anyone tell which is better and what's its use?

Search engines do not mind internal links being do-follow or no-follow . But it is always advised to have internal links as do-follow, because only do-follow links can pass their link juice to other links. For example Wikipedia, all of the wikipedia internal links are do-follow, which helps wikipedia in getting a good PR and high ranking in search engines.
