use of keywords

can any dp member suggest me good url which has all information regarding keywords as i am not aware of keywords concept like where to place them,how to place them,how will it help increase traffic,what are best keywords etc.

 

Well.......Keywords are one of the most important thing for a website.Do not go for keywords that have very high competition but always go for keyword which have less competition but higher search volume.

Better to use Wordtracker tool to research and analyse your keywords.

Place your main keywords in your page title, anchor text, navigation menu, or wherever applicable use keywords within your page you can also make it in bold or strong font but do not unncessary use your keywords.

And other most important thing is that while working on your link building campaign make sure to add your main keywords in each anchor text of your incoming links that helps a lot to get higher ranking..
