    Yes it will help you if you will place your targeted keyword in name section and link it to your site.

    Yes this the way to do blog commenting, Use Keyword instead of Name and try to put keyword link in message box if website allows.

    Using anchor text as your backlinks is an old and popular method of gaining traction for your site. Be warned tho'. The latest changes in Google's alogrithm for site ranking(Panda, Penguin, EMD) means that too much anchor text with your main keyword can seem unnatural to Google and this will affect your rankings for the worse. Keep your keyword anchor links to no more than 20% of a much more varied link policy.
