I saw on Google that you may only use Google News for non commercial interest.

Does this mean that i can´t put Google News in my blog and the use adsense on that blog? May i put a link on my blog that goes to my website where i sell my software?

In other words, no you can't. You can't provide Google news as content and then get visitors to click Google Adverts.
