    Best advice i can give.

Find a group about your topic and post there!

Post articles, etc. This has alot of traffic potential and has brought me alot of quality traffic.

So how do you use it. Sorry I'm not to familiar with these groups. Can someone explain the concept? And how do you use them without sounding like a spammer?

    I aplogize for ignorance.

    Well, find your field.

And for example, write a bit in the text, then at bottom add full link to article.

It would help if you are an expert in the field. Spammers get shot quickly, but related topics written by expert are almost usually welcomed.

One thing I hated about Yahoo Groups was all the SPAM I started getting... Seems someone just signs up with tons of groups then Bulk SPAMS them..

I signed up with alot of Video Gaming groups on Both MSN & Yahoo... MSN Groups never got that musch SPAM but Boy Yahoo sure did... I was even getting SPAM from some groups I had myself deleted from for months....

Another plus is that the alot of sites syndicate posts from groups,

So with traffic you also get back links from relavant sites!

Also, with Yahoo Groups, everytime you post a message, it gets sent to all the members email (those that didn't turn this feature off). So in a way, posing a message is like sending an email to all the members in addition to posting in the group's message board.

As for those that complain about Spam, I never got any spam. Maybe you are referring to getting the emails everytime someone posts to the message board in that group. If this is the case, then just change this feature in your preferences.

These Yahoo groups is a good sourse of Traffic,
but members normally delete the mails they get.

So,Better you start your Own group.
    I started a Group and now i have 253 Good Members :)

I never check my group & members are automatically adding up.

This is another great way of getting very specific targetted group to your site. However, like most great ways, a lot of spammers also use it. If you create your own group, make sure the spam doesn't get out of control. Joining other group is a great way to start in the groups.
