Use Directory Path or Filenames for my Directory? Which one is Good for PR?

I am really confused with this stuff.

I am current working on a directory project, and i am stuck with making decision on using directory path (like /Computers/Internet/) or using a file name (/dir1901.php) to generate listings.

I have seen most other directories (especially paid ones) using filenames instead of general directory path structure.

Also i noticed that big directories using directory structure, for each directory level PR decreases by 1, while for filestructure PR is kept alive.

Which one is best for PR? (of course the intention is to make directory paid ones.)

I am hoping somebody would help.

although, being descriptive is good, for each directory level you will get PR reduced by 1, and the deeper the directory, the end PR is 0.

But webmasters who are submitting to directories, look for PR on that particular page i guess.

Seoboyuk. You have replied to your own question. In my view direct filename will be better as it increases chance of having good PR on pages where the user submits so it will help when you will make your directory paid
