    I just create VCC from hdfc bank but it shows enter 4 digits pay pal code in your card statement, I am not sure where is it..what should I do now?

    i think there should be a PIN backside of the card.

    go back to the netsafe option and once you enter that section, you will see the details of the card you have created. click on it and check out for the 4 digit `expuse' number

    Go to upsidecard.com, open a bank account there instantly and never use it again, then just type in a bunch of random numbers to verify the SSN, there you go.
