e-wallet can be used to verify PayPal. But I think ICICI bank has discontinued providing e-wallets

You can also use HDFC NetSafe and Kotak Mahindra NetCard to verify PayPal.

@Kanore: Hello brother, I do not think Paypal offers its services to Pakistan. There are some others which you might opt in for.

I do not understand why people bother so much, looking for CC alternative..particularly since getting a CC is not all that difficult...or is it that they are apprehensive of disclosing it to paypal?

Getting a CC in India is very easy and you can use it for getting verified from that card, the debit cards are not working ( most of the debit cards)

It is easy for a company to get a CC in India, but not so easy for individuals... especially those who work from home.

    I Used My HDFC
Net Card to verify PayPal for my Premier Account
    And For Personal PayPal Account
Used Payoneer Debit card from Getafreelancer to verify
    Both are Successful
    Great

And i Even Heard You can Use VCC (Virtual credit card ) available at less than 10$ to Verify paypal
No idea how legal or safe it is.

Dealing with GoDaddy and expiring credit cards has always been a nightmare for me. Just make sure you have at 2 backup cards on file with them. I've had cards denied through their system randomly.

VCC may bring a lot of problems to Paypal result in account limitation or termination.
For Indians, use PNB atm/international debit card which have mastercard logo in it.
And get expuse number via phone banking.
