Like the title says, is there any way to run a campaign using a redirected site?

You can do it, no problem but make sure that your keywords are relevant to the redirected page

Can you make clear what you mean by redirected site?

Take into account that Google says in their Advertising Policies "...we monitor and don't allow the following:
Redirect URLs: Ads that contain URLs that automatically redirect to the parent company."

You can use redirects in destination URLs, but after the last redirect, user must land on the display URL.

If you're thinking about auto redirects from your intermediate page (jump page) to the advertiser's landing page,
    that is not allowed.
