Use a redirect or leave as it is?

    On my estate agency website I've changed things round so that all images realted to that propety are shown on the property details page. Before each thumbnail linked to a dynamic page to show the larger image.

    Which of the options should I choose?

    1. Leave the dynamic page as it is for larger images as no links on the site go to this anymore and slowly the pages will drop out of SE index's

    2. Add a redirect so that for each large image property id on the dynamic page it will be redirected back to the property details page. (This will be over 500 redirects).

    I've done the redesign to improve SEO and reduce the dilution of my site with pages with very little content and only images.

    I think that's the one i would go with because search engines don't necessarily need to care about image pages.
