I just wanted to know if you promoted your website via adwords and the visitors ended up on your page with adsense on it , what would happen ? Or is that smart marketing ?

It's called Adsense Arbitrage and it's hard to do & make money. Harder than it used to be. Search the forums & Google for Adsense Arbitrage

Google will gladly take your AdWords spending... But if you're directing traffic to an MFA site then there's a good chance you'll get "smartpriced" -- i.e., your AdSense EPC will drop dramatically.

However, if your AdWords traffic is going to a good content site with AdSense then Google considers it "a perfect pair".

That would be a perfect set up, if you have budget of course... It's effective if you can set up adwords with as low as possible price for certain keywords, but directing to the product with high commision. Of course, the product must be very needy enough for the people who click it.

This strategy works well if you're using another revenue generator on the page you're advertising - like an affiliate program. You can then use Adsense as a supplementary source to recapture some of your click spend. The good thing about getting traffic thru Adwords is that those people are self-selected as being more likely to click on an ad, so you can expect a pretty good CTR. Doing arbitrage with only Adsense on the landing page is a much tougher proposition, I suspect. Never tried it, though.

You need to experiment with it to make it work! I have tried about 80 layouts and such with still no good ROI! If you stick with it

i'm suggest you make a landing page.Put your affiliates link,or products.Give a good review about it.Focus just one niche products that you can give your heart to create a good reviews.fill up the empty space of the page with adsense Make it look like a link in your page.(there are many visitors like to click a link in pages)

Get the proper keyword for the products using Google Adwords Keyword Analyzer.Look for the keyword that has less competitors but high serach and it can save your adwords campaign(make a good CTR too!)

    Give a try!:)

I've tried repeatedly in the past to make AdWords ---> AdSense arbi work. I've always found it difficult. YSM ---> AdSense seemed to work pretty well, though that was before they instituted the Quality Score.

You need to experiment they won't pay you more than you spend easily. Get a niche and make money from the site just take adsense as a bonus to cover some of your costs
