I changed the "Flyers" style, and could not get the "Hot" turned to something warmer because i wanted to use the blue flame , i think it looks pretty cooler, when it matches with the "Club". But still if you want anything chaged i'll be glad to do it for you.

of the two i prefer the lower, as the top is a little dark in the word `hot`. The pink is nice and warm but too feminine. Maybe try yellows, blues, oranges or reds. Still like the font and disco ball. Font for the word `flyer` are pretty good but not quite right.

Apologies to all for the dropoff in my feedback frequency, my girlfriend had a sudden housing problem so I was offline for a while there helping her out.

Too many different colours going on here i think. I can tell you are possibly trying to assimilate all the different bits of feedback I have given out to everyone To be honest, your earlier versions were very good, whereas this is just `good` Drop the disco ball for sure if you want to try again, the text you had was better without it (great font)

 

There are several more days for the contest to run I would love to see any and all new entries !

 

i like the font here, general colour scheme is good but the black lines are overpowering it completely. without them this would look tons better

Nice concept. It's got a good shape to it. But the word `club` is too dark and busy. Very hard to make out. The wings are kinda cool but dont relate to the site so I would say lose them. The word `flyers` is just not working at all. Too dark. Overall I would say simplify the design if you want to try again, it sorta feels like you are trying everything in your arsenal with this design Simpler is often stronger I feel. Hope this feedback helps.

 

The shape of the whole thing is actually very good. The execution is not yet quite there though. I dabble with photoshop as well and I can tell your fonts need antialiasing turned on to remove all the jagged lines. Too many strong colours, I would suggest dropping the purple if you want to try again. Thanks for the attempt!

 

Ooh, damn this is really good. First impression was "wow". Ok here's your feedback. Making `flyers` huge with the other words resting on top works really well I think. There are probably too many colours going on here though. The yellow is too soft of a colour/shade. The black is too dark but the gradient works well. I would suggest keeping generally to the red color scheme. Probably drop the outline as it wont work when the font is a lot smaller on page, and possibly make the disco ball slightly larger so it slightly overlaps the surrounding letters.

I think you are right about the blue, its original and unique, great idea! The font for flyers you have used here is excellent. My only tiny bit of feedback I can give here is that there is still a problem recognising the word `hot`. Too much of the bottom of the `t` is missing. Other than that, this design is definitely really really good in my eyes.

Good fonts and general warmth. Am concerned though that there is too much emphasis on the disco ball probably, it looks like the `star` of the logo. The words may be a little too warped also, `hot` looks close to saying `not`.
