Contest USD$30 for some low-res artwork re-made in hi-res

    Hi,

    I will pay USD$30 via paypal to the winner.

    I have 3 pieces of artwork that are in low-res and need them in hi-res vector.

    The hard part is re-creating this water effect background in hi-res:

    Please PM me if you can do this and I will email you the 3 * low-res mock-ups to copy.
