USB problem

    i try connect optical mouse to my laptop usb but my laptop can't recognize it ...
    Optical light up but mouse not moving, possible hardware or software problem ...

    You might need to disable your touchpad, and enable your mouse via control panel > mouse > hardware.

    Have you installed the drivers for your new mouse?

    is plug and play mouse, basically it work yesterday but just won't work now,
    btw the usb port just died (connected) but won't work for anything (not just mouse), trying to figure out is software or hardware problem ....
    it connected, just dont work ...

    anyone got solution ? anyone know how to check is soft or hard ware problem ?

    if you already test it with the other stuff (besides mouse), probably its the USB port problem. its hardware problem i guess.
