I bought a 8GB flash drive, when i added a few .avi videos to it from my laptop, and then brought them to my home pc, i wasnt able to play them, it said that the file cant play in Windows Media Player, but it was playable on the laptop. Not only to .avi files, but also .mpg. Even a .rar file became corrupted. Any thoughts of whats wrong?
Sounds like its a fake 8GB flash drive, hope its not bad in china. You might want to check the properties of the thumbdrive, the real memory.
i had a problem with my flash drive too. it wouldn't open up on my old computer but when i try opening with my new computer there's no problem with it. maybe you should try it on another desktop to see if theres a problem with the computer or the flashdrive...
