USB ethernet adapter question

My aunt recently got a 100ft ethernet cable to hook up my computer directly to the computer because I'm sick of low wireless signals that sometimes drops the signal. Problem is I only have one ethernet port on my computer, and I use it currently to bridge my connection for my xbox. Could I buy a usb ethernet adapter to connect my xbox to the internet while using my computers ethernet port to connect to the router? If not what else can I do?

    Hi There

Just keep your setup as it is and buy a USB NIC adaptor.

You might need to configure the IP address.

I always carry a USB NIC with me in case the client has no NIC present.
