It would all depend on if you're going to sell the domain with the website. And then you would have to provide income proof. Normally developed websites are sold for 60-70% of it's earnings yearly. Lets say your site makes $20 a month and then that would mean it makes $240 yearly. You can then sell for around $200. You would have to sell it on Sedo or Flippa to get better deals.
Daily earning is of about 15$ due to adverts and various other functions within the website. I am even ready to sell the website, it is based on vbulletin. I might just put down a screenie of the website statistics aswell.
