Usage re-import

    Hello, how are you? After I imported May usage I realized some errors on my file. How can I reimport May Usage? Thanks

    Use the Search button on any customer's usage screen and search for usage by range: 5/1/2005...5/31/2005, then you will have an option to delete all. After it's deleted, you can use the Import Usage button to import it again.

    Thanks, Its actually the Disk and bandwidth fields in the usage screen that we use. I search by usage by range 5/1/2005...5/31/2005 and it did not look like it included these fields. Ideas?

    Yes, it retuned results. It said for "Time Usage" at the top of the screen. I just did not see anything referring too disk or bandwidth. If you think this is correct I will roll with it?
