Hello Shawn, how is it best to do this, by a package or two seperate billing items I have created one billing cycle for 12 months I have created another monthly billing cycle with extra useage plan however this doesn't invoice for extra hours used each month (possibly since initial plan has given 12 months credit)? regards Tim
You don't need to add the usage item to the customer's billing cycle. You can set whether or not you want to invoice for excessive usage monthly or not under the usage preferences.
