Usage of un-used Domains

Hi,

What are the possible uses of un-used domain names?
I mean I took some domains hoping to do a project or so, some to blog but somehow never used them. Now, I want to find a venue to get some revenue out of it, may be to pay the recurring domain renewal charge.

Some people give them away and if some of them are worth money they sell them or plan to develope them but they don't. I don't buy domains unless they will be used.

 

Park it, or set up a mini site. You could sell them in a lot as well. That's what I usually do.

If they have a good PR, I would turn them into directories

 

That's a good idea if someone is ready to partner up with me and help me out. We can share the revenues appropriately!

 

1. well for creating a directory u really do not need 2 people. justintall the software and there u go

Yeah its a good idea. Although creating Directories is easy but its much tough to promote it and monetize it.
