Yes, I think is better to get traffic from USA or UK, because the majority of advertiser are from that countries.

It is a well known fact the advertisers will pay a higher premium for western traffic than for traffic in say India and China. Although I don't understand why in today's global economy, especially as the west is now facing serious credit problems and yet china and india are being to grow at an incredible rate. Sounds like discrimination to me.

Clicks from other countries are generally lower because not many advertisers want to reach those audiences. I've learnt this the hard way and an example of this is that sites with English content usually earn way more than I do with my traffic from other countries.

I got a site with US traffic - pays about $1.50 a click in average. Unfortunately it's hard competition for the visitors.

I also have a few other sites (European) that has lower earnings per click.

This is easy, USA dollar to the GBP... ;)

If I make $100 in Adsense I get 50 GBP...

Though their is more traffic from USA search engines, way more, UK Google vs USA Google has no chance, though the competition is greater so it kinder evens its way out.
