USA tax payers should be out raged

The Nigerian trys to blow up a plane to kill hundreds of Americans. Now he pleads not guilty in court. Tax payers are paying for this son of a xxxx defense and also feed him in jail. Also he gets a top public defender. The guy is a waste of skin. Who allowed this person to be tried in a civil court anyway? Tax payers should be out raged.

 

maybe we'll get lucky and he'll go into general population at the prison.

We should pay for Legal council for every person caught abroad on the battlefield. Attorneys cost money and spending is stimulus.

That's what you get for living in a CIVIL society, perhaps moving to a TALIBAN control territory would suit you best where they shot/behead them on the spot, guilty or innocent.

What do you prefer to do with them? Send them to Guantanamo? If the US wants to hold a prisoner, tax payer will always put the bill. You don't seem to hold a grudge on a pedophile or a murderer costing US tax payer roughly $30,000 a year to house them 'till they die. Anyways the Civil court have procedures that they go through, in a court of law they say you are "innocent until proven guilty", yea, I know, any one that is in jail before getting a court hearing is guilty in your eyes. Talibans and Rednecks think that way too.

 

People are entitled to submit a plea and legal representation. universal law is what makes the west stand above the shitty little countries these scummy little murderers come from.

 

In the good ole days the CIA would have interrogated his ass until he was screaming profanities at allah. Now we must coddle terrorists and treat them like US citizens with constitutional rights. Does anyone really think he will be put with the general prison population? Nope, tax payers will foot the bill for special arrangements for his protection and comfort.

 

baki you can't boast about freedom and democracy while demanding people don't be tried in a court for the crimes they are accused us. Paying for special arrangements is a small price to pay if it means we can say "know what, we are better than them and we are better than their methods".

Have you ever been to USA? If you remove the west coast, east coast and couple of cities in between the two coasts then what is left, is worse than most poor third world countries as far as civilization is concerned.

 

Apparently, you have you ever been to the US either. Either that, or you have never been outside of the US.

 

I have spent a lot of time in USA and that is the reason I know it so well and not only through Hollywood movies.

 

So what part of the US are you comparing to what country, and what part of that country in the third world? Be sure to state what you think makes them similar.

Look at the posts by the two which is quoted above you and now compare it with posts by people who are from the third world countries. Can you honestly say that these people are even half as civilized or literate as people from third world countries?
