Hi All, I had this problem with my USA paypal account, wherein it asked me to confirm location by providing a Phone number, and credit card. I contacted a person who sells AVSVCC and added to my account. So I confirmed the credit card. But during phone verification he messed up and did not enter the correct code, which I gave him, and Paypal gave a message that they will be sending a letter to the address with a 6 digit code, which has to be entered, to remove the limitation. Now, it has been over a month, and the person says that the letter hasn't arrived at the location. Normally how much time does it take for the paypal letter to go to a USA location (NJ). Is there any other way that I can get my location verified. He told me that can verify location using a bill copy - like a phone bill with the address mentioned. Can someone here please help me get a USA phone bill copy, so that it can be uploaded and release my account. Waiting for your help guys. Thanks
I think you can fax them documents so it will reach quickly , submit all required documents and they will activate your account
Hey, please read the issue properly. It's not a problem with submitting the documents. If I had to fax them the documents then I would have done that earlier itself. And this is USA paypal account. I need to know how many days does it take for the letter to reach the destination.
