Europe. Most Americans I have met are arrogant, or at least a majority of them. Initially I thought I was bumping into the wrong people, but even after a long period, I rarely find good ones. But the good ones are really good. (No personal offence to anyone) The most polite guys on this planet would be the Japanese IMHO.
If you were visting the United States and you went to an area where lots of tourists visit, then perhaps you ran into Americans that are just tired of tourists. This happens anywhere. For example, Paris France. You know those frenchies are sick of tourists. Don't take it personally.
I like it!!! exactly what I thought when I read US girls are more beautiful then European ones. Of course there are damn hot girls in US, but they always look same: silicon t*** and so on. Can´t be compared with all the beauties from Eastern Europe for example
