    Hi,
I'm french citizen living in France, I have opened a bank account (by postal mail) in the US. I would like to know how (if I have to) I have to declare the income that goes to that account? Will the US goverment or the french goverment ask me to pay taxes? how does it go....?

I think info about your bank account is easy to end up to france tax department.

US is not offshore you know...

A French citizen living in France is not obligated to pay US income taxes. As to your liability for French taxes, you'll need to check on that at your end.
