here's my question to all American guys

some stupid people gives their local number for international calls

example
(415) 995-3299

to +1 something... ?

how to convert it into international ?

any help about it

For usa is 001 or +1 followed by local numbers
for germany is 0049 or +49 local numbers

 

I think it should be different ?

you should Have headset with microphone so you can talk..
