    2. Facing Hardships

    3. Cannot afford payments

    4. Behind on payments

    5. Rates adjusting

    6. Not able to refinance
    A prospect is considered qualified if he shows intent to go in for a Loan Mod programme and meets at least one or more of the above points. But should be late for 1 month or more on mortgage payments.

    Should tell the prospect before transferring that there would be a small fee that he/she has to pay.

    I would be glad to set up a lead generation site, and PPC campaigns for those who have the budget.
