Some U.S. courts are corrupt and some are not. Some judges are elected and the rest are appointed by politicians, so all of them are political and that is what you are seeing here: political judges making bad legal decisions. However, the Left knows that these lawsuits are merely a stalling tactic and Trump knows this as well. He has been expecting legal challenges to all of his executive orders and that is why he is doing so many so quickly. The sooner that these get to higher courts, the sooner they will be mostly thrown out and his orders will stick. Note that the ultimate decider, the Supreme Court, leans to the right these days so it is likely that Trump will ultimately get his way most of the time. It is just a question of when.
